Naturally, being in a fishing village there is strong emphasis on local seafood, delivered to the door on the day of the catch. Our local supplier Dunn Ross Fisheries from the Jersey Market provides our best quality, fresh local fish including scallops, crab & lobster on a daily basis. Meats supplied by Woodlands Farm Butchers and fresh vegetables from Fungi Delecti ensure that every dish we serve is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises every day.

The sister restaurant to La Chaire, The Rozel Pub & Dining is our newly refurbished, traditional country dining experience just two minutes walk from the hotel. Overseen by the same team of chefs from the Chateau, you can be sure that its Michelin Recommended food is as equally fabulous.
The Dining Rooms are focused purely on providing dishes prepared from the best quality ingredients, local where possible and fresh every day. Being so close to sea lends itself to being a 'fishy' style menu but we've kept all that for the specials boards. Who knows what's coming in on the boats each day! We buy most of our fish, lobsters, crabs and scallops from the local fishermen, often just one or two of a days catch, that way we ensure its always fresh and it keeps the specials boards interesting.
