The private room at Chateau la Chaire is flexible and versatile in arrangement. With a distinct atmosphere the unique oak panelled room provides a venue for small meetings or private dining. Our cuisine is of the highest standard and we also cater for less formal hospitality in our bar or on the terrace.

The day-delegate rate for conferences and meetings is £48.00 per person and includes:

• Morning tea/coffee on arrival
• Room hire
• Mid-morning coffee with homemade biscuits
• Four-course lunch served in the Conservatory or, weather permitting, on the terrace
• Afternoon tea and biscuits
• Mineral water, cordials and mints
• Note pads and pens
