Originally built in the 1800’s as a gracious private home, nestled against the cliffs of the wonderful wooded valley of Rozel, the Chateau La Chaire Hotel is now recognised by the major guides as one of the finest small luxury hotels in the British Isles.
The hotel offers a range of stylish accommodation, including a spectacular split level suite and many rooms with feature beds such as four posters, private balconies and ensuite spa bathrooms. We combine the Gallic influence of romantic France with the traditions of British fayre and the abundant availability of fresh Jersey produce to stunning effect. For less formal, but equally as imaginative dining, The Terrace, open throughout the summer, is a popular dining venue for both hotel residents and locals alike.
Private dining, family celebrations and discreet meetings can be accommodated in the panelled Oak Room or in the Conservatory. A member of the hotels management team will personally supervise your event.
Head chef Marcin Ciechomski is highly motivated and passionate about the food he creates. His cooking style of modern English and French cuisine is a real feast for the eye and the taste buds.
Following his recent time spent this year in London with Michelin starred chef Giorgio Locatelli, Marcin is experimenting with new creations sure to delight at the Chateau this Autumn & Winter.
